Solidea B&B Rules
Welcome to Solidea B&B! Our rules are described below:
Check-in
The check-in is from 12PM to 6PM (for customers that will pay they stay at the arrival to our B&B) and from 12PM to 11PM for them who have already paid the stay online.
We request to receive in advance your expected arrival time at least in the morning of your arrival day. In particular cases, you could do a self check-in. You will receive instructions via email, WhatsApp or by phone.
Once you will arrive to our B&B, we require a passport in order to complete the form for security reasons: Ministry of the Interior, Decree of 7 January 2013.
The price includes the usage of the room and its bathroom, breakfast, towels and sheets, TV 32 inches, air conditioning/heating and all bath accessories.
You will be free to exit and to come back anytime you desire thanks to the keys you will be provided.
Due to hygienic and potential allergic reasons, pets are not allowed.
For security reasons people not registered at the B&B are not allowed to come in.
Daily room cleaning
We request to vacate your room by 10AM for daily room cleaning and to keep your things ordered to let us do the work in the most efficient way. In the case you would leave the room later, we do not assure this service.
We request to use the bins and keep the toilet always clean. You will find in the room everything you should need: blanket, pillows, towels, personal care products. If you would need for something more, please ask, and we will try to help.
Check-out
We request to vacate your room by 10AM compulsorily.
Breakfast
You will find everything you need for breakfast in your room and into the fridge. You will find brioches, fette biscottate (rusks), jams, hazelnut cocoa spread, fruit juices.
Please avoid to eat these products if you suffer of any allergy. Unfortunately we are not able to supply other specific products.
In the fridge you will also find some water.
Rules
- Smoking in the B&B is strictly forbidden.
- From 10PM to 8AM and from 2PM to 4PM, all noise must be kept to a minimum in rooms and in the hall. Guests will be held financially responsible for damage to fixtures, furnishings and technical devices caused by themselves. Guests will give the keys back. In case of lost, guests will be held financially responsible.
- During your stay at the B&B, we ask you to be considerate of the environment, especially in your use of water and electricity/heating.
- Keep the windows closed when the air conditioning/heating is on.
- Keep your phone recharger unplugged when not used.
Solidea B&B accepts absolutely no responsibility for the loss and damage of your valuables.
Solidea B&B is not responsible in case of gas, electricity and WiFi do not work.
Booking
You can book your room through the websites we are subscribed or via email or by phone: you will receive a confirmation and the instructions to pay for. In case of unavailability of the room because of extraordinary reasons, we will give your money back.
Cancellation policy
In the event that guests wish to cancel a reservation, please contact us by e-mail or by telephone. If the cancellation is made at least 8 days before the first day of stay, you will not be charged anything. In case of cancellation within 7 days before the accommodation, you will pay the full price of the stay. In all other cases and in case of no-show, you will pay for the complete reservation.
Privacy
Solidea B&B respect the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 regarding data protection and privacy for all individual citizens of the European Union and the European Economic Area, superseding the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC. Solidea B&B will use your data just for replying to your requested information and assure to do not use your data for other reasons, prior consent.
